Saujana Prima completed on January 2015, consists of 196 units of double storey terrace houses and is located at the eastern precinct of BSP directly across MAHSA University.

The project was fully sold, and construction was completed 3 months ahead of schedule.

Saujana Prima features a large living and dining space, with a sizeable master bedroom. All of the units have high ceilings measuring 3.6m. It was completed with superb quality flooring, wall finishes and fittings.
