Dato’ Ir Tee Chai Seng is the Director of Saujana Permai Development Sdn Bhd, a fully owned subsidiary of CDB Group Holdings Sdn Bhd.

Dato’ Tee holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (High Honors) from The University of Texas at Arlington, United States. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Malaysia, a Chartered Professional Engineer in Australia, a corporate member of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia, and a member The Institution of Engineers, Australia. He is also a member of the Association of Consulting Engineers, Malaysia

Dato’ Tee has more than 38 years of working experience in property development, project management, consulting services and construction.

He has involved in the planning and design of several major projects, townships and mixed development, industrial buildings and highrise residential, commercial and office buildings.

He has extensive experience in the supervision and construction of infrastructure work such as bridges, highways, water treatment plants and sewerage works.

Datin Susan Koh Ah Nee graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English from the University of Malaya in 1984 and a Diploma in Education (Hons) in 1985.

She is primarily responsible for overseeing the administrative and human resource functions of the company. She is also responsible for the sales and marketing of the projects.
